Taheya Karioka was a famous dancer in Egypt during 1950's .. the clip shown here was after she retired as a belly dancer but continued to perform as an actress (the movie is "Khally Balek men Zoozo") .. the purpose here is to show a typical "Zaffa" which is one or more belly dancers escorting the bride and groom down the stairs on their wedding night as a start of  the night long celebration
