Felfela—Part of a Cairo
chain of restaurants specializing in down-to-earth Egyptian
cuisine. Particularly good (and cheap) is fuul (bean
dish) drizzled with oil or topped with an egg. This downtown
branch is the one most convenient for visitors. Interior:
